Effective: June 30, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly (A) The director of agriculture may employ and establish a compensation rate for seasonal produce graders and seasonal gypsy mothtrap tenders, who shall be in the unclassified civil service. (B) In lieu of employing seasonal gypsy moth tenders as provided in division (A) of this section, the director may contract with qualified individuals or entities to perform gypsy moth trapping.
