Effective: June 30, 2005 Latest Legislation: House Bill 66 - 126th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the laboratory and administrative support fund. The department of agriculture shall deposit the following moneys received by the department to the credit of the fund: payment for the rental of the department's auditoriums by outside parties and reimbursement for related utility expenses, laboratory fees that are not designated for deposit into another fund, and other miscellaneous moneys that are not designated for deposit into another fund. The department may use moneys in the fund to pay costs associated with any program of the department as the director of agriculture sees fit.
