Effective: June 14, 1995 Latest Legislation: House Bill 202 - 121st General Assembly No person shall exhibit livestock owned or raised by another person if the person owning or raising the livestock has been disqualified by the director of agriculture under section 901.74 of the Revised Code or has been disqualified from exhibiting livestock by any court having jurisdiction.
