Effective: February 1, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 223 - 123rd General Assembly A bakery shall be regulated under this chapter and not under Chapter 3717. of the Revised Code when the bakery's primary business is wholesale, even if the bakery also sells bakery products at retail on its premises.
