Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All bakery products and their ingredients shall be stored, handled, transported, and kept in such manner as to protect them from spoilage, vermin, contamination, disease, and unwholesomeness. No ingredient, or material, including water, shall be used therein which is spoiled or contaminated or which may render the product unwholesome, unfit for food, or injurious to health.
