Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The floors, walls, and ceilings of each bakery, the equipment used in the handling or preparation of bakery products or their ingredients, and the boxes, baskets, and the interior of the vehicles and other receptacles in which bakery products are transported shall be kept, by the owner or operator of the bakery or the carrier or distributor of said products, in a sanitary condition and at all times free from dirt, dust, flies, insects, and other contaminating matter. Shipping baskets and other containers for transporting bakery products shall be kept clean and shall not be used for any other products.
