Effective: January 9, 1961 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 104th General Assembly No owner or operator of a bakery shall require or permit any person affected with any contagious, infectious, or other disease or physical ailment which may render employment detrimental to the public health, or any person who refuses to submit to the examination required in section 911.11 of the Revised Code, to work in such bakery.
