Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No person shall sit, lie, or lounge or be permitted to sit, lie, or lounge upon any of the tables, shelves, boxes, or other equipment or accessories used in connection with the production, preparation, packing, storing, display, or sale of bakery products. No animals or fowls shall be kept in or permitted to enter any bakery.
