Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Sections 911.31 to 911.34, inclusive, of the Revised Code were intended to promote the public health, safety, and welfare, and such sections shall be liberally construed to effectuate this purpose.
