Effective: March 17, 1955 Latest Legislation: House Bill 26 - 101st General Assembly No person, firm, or corporation shall place in any cold-storage warehouse, keep therein, sell, or offer or expose for sale, any diseased, tainted, or otherwise unwholesome food, or shall place in cold storage any slaughtered animals or parts thereof unless the entrails and other offensive parts have first been properly removed.
