Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Whenever any licensed warehouse, or any portion of such warehouse, is deemed by the director of agriculture to be in an unsanitary condition, the director shall cause such warehouse, or portion thereof, to be closed.
