Effective: October 21, 1997 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 87 - 122nd General Assembly A test report or document prepared by an analyst who is employed or designated by the director of agriculture and who tested a sample shall be admissible as evidence in a prosecution for a violation of a statute or rule, provided that the report or document contains a sworn statement, signed by the analyst, that the report or document accurately contains or represents the findings or conclusions of the analyst.
