Effective: October 21, 1997 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 87 - 122nd General Assembly In addition to other remedies provided by law and irrespective of whether an adequate remedy at law exists, the director of agriculture may apply to the court of common pleas of a county in which a violation of this chapter or rules adopted under it occurs for a temporary or permanent injunction or other appropriate relief concerning the violation.
