Effective: June 30, 1995 Latest Legislation: House Bill 117 - 121st General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the poultry and meat products fund to be administered by the director of agriculture. All moneys collected under sections 918.01 to 918.99 of the Revised Code shall be deposited into the fund and shall be used by the director to administer and enforce those sections.
