Effective: January 1, 1971 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1056 - 108th General Assembly Each establishment licensed under section 918.28 of the Revised Code shall provide such premises, facilities, and equipment and be operated in accordance with such sanitary practices as are required by regulations adopted under section 918.25 of the Revised Code.
