Effective: June 20, 1994 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 134 - 120th General Assembly No person responsible for the operation of any establishment is subject to this chapter or rules adopted pursuant thereto, if he operates the establishment under the jurisdiction of the federal inspection service, a district health department inspection service, or a municipal inspection service that has been approved by the director of agriculture and has been designated as an exempted inspection service.
