Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The director of agriculture may act in conjunction with the federal food and drug administration in the regulation of the movement and sale of any horse carcass, horse meat, or horse meat food product intended for human food which may affect the health and welfare of this state.
