Effective: July 27, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 571 - 118th General Assembly All authority vested in the director of agriculture by virtue of sections 921.01 to 921.29 of the Revised Code may with like force and effect be executed by such employees of the department of agriculture as the director may designate for said purpose.
