Effective: July 27, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 571 - 118th General Assembly (A) The director of agriculture shall adopt, and may amend or rescind, rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code as necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter. (B) The director, by reference, may adopt:(1) The official definitions of feed ingredients and official feed terms adopted and published by the association of American feed control officials;(2) Rules promulgated pursuant to the federal act.
