Effective: June 20, 1994 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 134 - 120th General Assembly Whoever violates sections 923.41 to 923.55 of the Revised Code or any rule adopted under those sections, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense; on each subsequent offense the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
