Effective: May 15, 1989 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 116 - 118th General Assembly (A) No person shall knowingly fail or refuse to withhold or remit any assessment adopted under section 924.09 of the Revised Code.(B) Before the director of agriculture institutes any criminal proceedings under this section, he shall give the alleged violator an opportunity to present his views to the director as to why such proceedings should not be instituted.
