Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 645 - 123rd General Assembly The director of agriculture shall hire all employees of the Ohio grape industries committee. The director shall select the employees from the list of recommended applicants submitted by the committee under section 924.52 of the Revised Code. Employees of the committee shall be paid with moneys from the Ohio grape industries fund.
