Effective: October 6, 1992 Latest Legislation: House Bill 499 - 119th General Assembly No person shall advertise, sell, offer for sale, or expose for sale shell eggs as federally graded or under any other terms that imply that they have been graded by an agency of the United States government, unless such shell eggs have been officially graded by an agency of the United States government and cases, cartons, or any other containers properly labeled or sealed under the supervision of the grading service of the United States government.
