Effective: October 6, 1992 Latest Legislation: House Bill 499 - 119th General Assembly If the court fails to pay a fine within the time specified in section 925.12 of the Revised Code, and after demand has been made therefor, the director of agriculture shall add ten per cent thereto and certify such claim and penalty to the attorney general, who shall proceed as provided in section 131.02 of the Revised Code.
