Effective: January 14, 1972 Latest Legislation: House Bill 712 - 109th General Assembly Fifty per cent of all fines assessed under sections 925.21 to 925.32, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be paid into the general revenue fund. The remaining fifty per cent shall be credited to the general revenue fund of the county or municipality where the case is prosecuted.
