Effective: July 30, 2019 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 57 - 133rd General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the hemp program fund. The fund shall consist of all fees collected under rules adopted under section 928.03 of the Revised Code; money appropriated to the fund; and any other money received from gifts or federal grants. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund. The director of agriculture shall use money in the fund to administer and enforce this chapter and rules adopted under it.
