Effective: May 18, 2005 Latest Legislation: House Bill 414 - 125th General Assembly Not later than one hundred eighty days prior to the expiration of an agricultural security area, an owner of land that is enrolled in the area may renew the enrollment. The procedures established under this chapter for the initial enrollment of land in an agricultural security area apply to the renewal of enrollment. In addition, all of the requirements governing initial enrollment apply to enrollment renewal.
