Effective: September 5, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 310 - 129th General Assembly The director of agriculture may suspend or revoke a permit issued under this chapter for a violation of this chapter or rules. A person adversely affected by an order of suspension or revocation may request an adjudication under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
