Effective: September 5, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 310 - 129th General Assembly An employee of an agency or political subdivision of the state that destroys a dangerous wild animal or restricted snake that is a threat to public safety is not liable for damages in a civil action for any injury, death, or loss to person or property that allegedly arises from the destruction of the animal or snake.
