Effective: September 5, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 310 - 129th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates division (A), (B), (C), (E), (F), or (G) of section 935.18 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree on a first offense and a felony of the fifth degree on each subsequent offense. (B) Whoever violates division (D) of section 935.18 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.(C) Whoever violates division (C) of section 935.29 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day of continued violation constitutes a separate offense. Fines levied and collected for violations of that division shall be distributed by the mayor or clerk of the municipal court in accordance with section 733.40 or division (F) of section 1901.31 of the Revised Code to the treasury of the municipal corporation whose ordinance was violated.
