Effective: March 23, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 131 - 131st General Assembly (A) The director of agriculture, under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, may adopt and enforce rules to carry out this chapter, including designating a disease or vector as a dangerously contagious or infectious disease or as a disease of concern.(B) No person shall fail to comply with the rules adopted by the director under division (A) of this section.
