§ 941.042

Effective: June 20, 1994 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 134 - 120th General Assembly If the director of agriculture or his authorized representative is denied access or admission to any premises, vehicle, or conveyance to which access or admission is authorized by section 941.04 of the Revised Code, he may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for a search warrant allowing the access or admission.
