Effective: December 14, 1967 Latest Legislation: House Bill 842 - 107th General Assembly The board of county commissioners may make such appropriations from the general funds of its county as will enable it to cooperate effectively with the cattle owners, the Ohio department of agriculture, and the United States department of agriculture in the control and eradication of tuberculosis. The money so appropriated shall be placed in a fund to be used solely in the county in which it originated, subject to the approval of the Ohio department of agriculture.
