Effective: June 20, 1994 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 134 - 120th General Assembly (A) Swine that have been fed treated garbage under this chapter shall be consigned for immediate slaughter to a recognized slaughtering establishment maintaining federal or state inspection.(B) No person shall bring treated garbage-fed swine into this state without a special written permit to do so from the director of agriculture. Such swine shall be accompanied by the special permit and be consigned directly to a slaughtering establishment maintaining federal or state inspection.
