Effective: December 14, 1967 Latest Legislation: House Bill 843 - 107th General Assembly (A) The director of agriculture may adopt, promulgate, and enforce rules and regulations to carry out Chapter 942. of the Revised Code.(B) No person shall fail to comply with any regulation promulgated under division (A) of this section.
