Effective: December 14, 1967 Latest Legislation: House Bill 843 - 107th General Assembly Whoever violates sections 942.01 to 942.11, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall, upon conviction be sentenced to pay a fine of one hundred dollars for a first offense. For each subsequent violation, such person shall be fined two hundred dollars or imprisoned not less than ninety days nor more than six months, or both.
