Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No weigher shall improperly weigh any livestock, or give any false certificate of weight, or accept directly or indirectly money or other consideration for any neglect or improper performance of duty, and no person shall wrongfully influence or interfere, or attempt to so influence or interfere, with any such weigher in the performance of his duty or attempt to do so.
