Effective: January 1, 1973 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1138 - 109th General Assembly Any authorized representative of the department of agriculture may enter any stockyard livestock market, auction market, concentration yards, packing plant, conveyance, or place for assembling livestock for the purpose of inspecting the facilities, livestock, records, or scales, and may weigh or reweigh any livestock.
