Effective: July 27, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 571 - 118th General Assembly (A) The department of agriculture may adopt and enforce rules for the purpose of carrying into effect sections 943.01 to 943.17 of the Revised Code.(B) No person shall fail to comply with any rule adopted under division (A) of this section.
