Effective: January 1, 1973 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1138 - 109th General Assembly In addition to the remedies provided and irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy at law, the director of agriculture may apply to the court of common pleas for a temporary or permanent injunction or other appropriate relief against continued violation of the provisions of sections 943.01 to 943.17 of the Revised Code.
