Effective: June 29, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 389 - 129th General Assembly The director of agriculture shall take actions that the director determines are necessary to mitigate or eliminate the presence of chronic wasting disease or other disease at a facility owned by a captive whitetail deer licensee regarding monitored captive deer, captive deer with status, or captive deer with certified chronic wasting disease status if the director is notified of a positive result from a test for chronic wasting disease or other disease for a monitored captive deer, captive deer with status, or captive deer with certified chronic wasting disease status at the facility.
