Effective: June 29, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 389 - 129th General Assembly Notwithstanding section 943.04 of the Revised Code, all money collected through the issuance of licenses to captive whitetail deer licensees under this chapter shall be credited to the captive deer fund, which is hereby created in the state treasury. The director of agriculture shall use money in the fund to administer sections 943.20 to 943.26 of the Revised Code and rules.
