Effective: November 5, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 204 - 125th General Assembly (A) As used in this section, 'financial transaction device' has the same meaning as in section 301.28 of the Revised Code.(B) A county auditor may establish procedures and take actions that are necessary to allow for either or both of the following:(1) The registration of dogs and kennels under this chapter via the internet;(2) The payment of dog and kennel registration fees under this chapter by financial transaction devices, including payment by financial transaction devices via the internet.
