Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All funds received by the county dog warden or poundkeeper in connection with the administration of sections 955.01 to 955.18, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be deposited in the county treasury and placed to the credit of the dog and kennel fund.
