Effective: August 29, 1986 Latest Legislation: House Bill 699 - 116th General Assembly Whoever violates section 961.02 or 961.03 or division (B) of section 961.04 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
