Effective: January 1, 1974 Latest Legislation: House Bill 511 - 109th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 981.11 or 981.13 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.(B) Whoever violates section 981.12 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.(C) Whoever violates section 981.14 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
