(a) The term 'Commission' when used in this act shall mean the Oklahoma Public Welfare Commission. (b) The term 'Director' when used in this act shall mean the Director of Public Welfare, who shall be the administrative officer of the Commission.(c) The term 'Department' when used in this act shall mean the State Department of Public Welfare.Laws 1961, p. 18, § 3.
