As used in the Child Death Review Board Act: 1. 'Board' means the Child Death Review Board;2. 'Child protection system' means public and private agencies, medical personnel, courts, law enforcement agencies and legal, education and social service professionals with responsibilities related to child abuse and neglect; and3.
