In case of an accident requiring emergency treatment, nothing in this act shall be construed so as to prohibit any person having custody or control of a minor child from taking such steps as are necessary to insure such emergency treatment. Added by Laws 1974, c. 208, § 2, emerg. eff. May 15, 1974.
