The Department of Human Services shall be the administrator of the Compact on Adoption and Medical Assistance. The Oklahoma Public Welfare Commission shall promulgate rules and regulations to implement the terms and purposes of this compact. Added by Laws 1986, c. 126, § 3, emerg. eff. April 11, 1986.
